We recently completed this master bath renovation, which features penny tiles made from mother of pearl, whirlpool tub, makeup counter and separate toilet room. It's an awful lot packed into a not-so-big space.

Have You Gotten Your Energy Audit?
If you haven't done so already, please take advantage of the Home Energy Solutions program. It is underwritten by your untility company and the Connecticut Energy Efficiency Fund. For a fee of $75 you can have an energy audit performed on your home. You will then become eligible for many rebates and low-interest financing options on energy saving improvements. We can help with the process and implementation of any of audit recommendations.
Insulate: It Pays
Investing in insulation gives you the most bang for your buck. We can guide you in choosing the right insulation for your application, financing options and get the project done. We have clients who are saving as much as 35% on utility bills after having additional insulation installed. Additionally, they took advantage of healthy rebates. And let's not forget to mention, lowering their carbon footprint: it's all good.
SOLAR
The cost of solar PV systems have fallen drastically in the past few years. Couple that with generous tax incentives and rebates, and solar generated electricity begins to look more and more attractive.
HEAT PUMPS
We are big fans of the new heat pump technologies, which are heat and air conditioning in one highly efficient system. These units can supplement your existing heat system or replace it entirely.
